Zumbatomic® Classes

Group dance fitness classes for primary aged students. ZumbAtomic® uses music from predominantly Latino backgrounds but also introduces world music such as Indian, African, Greek etc. The use of different dance styles in conjunction with fitness elements and interactive games makes for a really great FUN-out (we like the use of FUN-out as opposed to WORKout). ZumbAtomic® can be used as a PDHPE module, sport, one-off class or extra-curricular activity. Suited for Infants & Primary aged students.

Is music led interval training. STRONG by Zumba™ combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes students past their perceived limits, to reach their fitness goals faster. Suited for Secondary ONLY.

 


 

Yoga, Pilates & Stretch & Strength 

Inspire Dance & Fitness is passionate about all forms of dance, health & fitness and we feel that Yoga, Pilates & Stretch & Strength are such wonderful programs that have so many benefits for students and teachers including increased flexibility and strength, better posture, improved concentration and focus, better breathing and increased self esteem. Suited for Infants, Primary & Secondary Students.

 


 

Cheerleading

Is becoming more and more popular in Australia. INSPIRE Cheer Class integrates dance routines, use of poms, cheers or chants, acrobatic / gymnastic skills and stunts. It is a great way to teach team work, respect, trust and not to mention the health benefits. INSPIRE Cheer can be introduced to your school as a fun sport option, an extra curricular activity or even create a squad to compete in competitions. Suited for Primary & Secondary Students.

 


 

Dance Group Fitness

Inspire Dance & Fitness loves that they can offer students a wide range of amazing dance fitness programs that engage the students with modern music & choreography that is exciting, works on cardiovascular fitness, improves memory and is lots of FUN. Classes can include Bounce Dance Fit, The Jungle Body-Konga, DansFit & Fitness Fusion. Suited for Secondary Students.

 


 

Be Inspire'd Boot Camp

Group fitness classes designed to work on cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength, power and any other desired fitness components in a fun and challenging way. Be INSPIRE’d Boot Camp is great for team building, trust, initiative, persistence and of course all aspects of health- physical, mental, emotional & cognitive. Students studying PASS and Stage 5 & 6 PDHPE will definitely benefit from experiencing a Be INSPIRE’d Boot Camp. Our Boot Camps can also be designed and run for sport specific teams to work in conjunction with their training regime. Be INSPIRE’d Boot Camps can be run as a regular weekly class or one off special event. Suited for Infants, Primary & Secondary Students.

 


 

Martial Arts, Kickboxing and Self Defence

Inspire Dance & Fitness loves that they can help empower students, help grow their confidence and develop physical and mental strength in a safe and encouraging environment. Our tutors can offer schools an array of martial arts styles including kickboxing and self defence classes which are best suited in single sex classes. Suited for upper Primary and Secondary Students.

 


 

Specialty Sporting Modules

Inspire Dance & Fitness can design specific modules to complement a schools’ PDHPE and competitive sports programs. Tutors can be provided to teach modules that can sometimes be difficult to accomodate eg gymnastics. Suited for Primary & Secondary Students

 


 

Dance Classes

Inspire Dance & Fitness can cater for many different styles of dance such as HipHop, JFH (jazz, funk, hiphop), jazz, contemporary and more specialised styles such as ballroom, swing, rock’n’roll and national dance eg Bhangra, Bellydance. Classes can be conducted as part of the school dance curriculum, extra-curricular dance, ensemble work, sports programs and performance preparation. Suited for Infants, Primary & Secondary Students.

 


 

Triple Threat Class

A great way to introduce students to the three elements of performing arts, commonly known as Dancing, Acting & Singing. Students are given the opportunity to work on all three aspects to create wonderful pieces of work which can highlight students strengths. Suited for Infants, Primary & Secondary Students.

 


 

Inspirational Workshops

INSPIRE Dance & Fitness Workshops are created based on the clients’ needs. We can create specially designed dance, performing arts, health & fitness or motivation & self-belief workshops for all ages. Workshops can be designed to meet curriculum outcomes, expose students to working professionals and offer them a practical insight to a wide variety of physical and life skills. Dance & Performing Arts Workshops can often be followed by an informal performance and/or assessment. Suited for Upper Primary & Secondary Students.

  


 

Before & After School Care & Vacation Care Programs 

INSPIRE Dance & Fitness encourages all Day Care Centres, Vacation Care Centres, Community & Recreation Centres to introduce healthy and fun alternatives for the kids to participate in. Programs are specially designed based on needs, venue, budget and clients requirements. Can include any of the programs listed above along with INSPIRE’s unique Fun & Fitness Day, National Dance Day & Performance Day.
